is the all-you-care-to-eat facility on campus. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every Item you can imagine. We offer a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite. Menus at each station change for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as on a daily basis throughout the semester. Sodexo is committed to creating healthy environments for our students, faculty & staff. Our executive chefs & registered dietitians worked together to create a collection of exciting recipes. the result is Mindful by Sodexo - an approach that focuses on transparency of ingredients, delicious food, satisfying portions and clarity in message so that making Mindful choices become second nature.

Stations
- Hot Line: Offers a different menu every day of Home Style Cooking! Our food changes with the seasons.
- Deli: Made to Order, Hot or Cold, Deli & Panini Sandwiches. These are available Monday through Thursday during lunchtime only.
- Grill: Burgers, Cheeseburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches & French Fries. Veggie and Black Bean Burgers are available on request. Our grill items change daily.
- Pizza: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage & Chef's Choice are just to name a few. Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy Breadsticks are available everyday, with a Specialty Pizza that rotates on a daily basis. Hot Fresh Cinnamon Rolls are offered during Brunch on Saturdays.
- Salad Bar: Romaine Salad Mix, Spinach, Kale, Tomatoes, Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheese, Mushrooms, Boiled Eggs, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Carrots, English Cucumbers, Cottage Cheese, Pudding, Fruit & Fresh Soup Made Daily. SALAD DRESSINGS: Ranch, Italian, Caesar, Oil & Vinegar, French & Thousand Island.
- Vegan: Vegan offerings contain no meat, fish, eggs or other animal-derived products such as honey.
- Vegetarian: Menu items with the vegetarian icon contain no meat, fish or poultry, or any meat products such as soup base. Our vegetarian offerings meet the needs of lacto-ovo vegetarians and may include eggs and/or dairy products.
- Ice Cream Bar: Chocolate & Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream with assorted toppings.
- Desserts: Assorted Cookies, Brownies, Pies & Cakes. Items change daily.
